Delivery areas We deliver to all European countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain)
Shipping costs SEK 49 in shipping on orders within Sweden and free shipping on orders with an order value of at least SEK 599. Shipping costs on orders from other European countries are based on the weight and size of the order. Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times Sweden: 2-5 working days. Other European countries: 4-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on holidays and other factors beyond our control.
Order processing will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number if available.
Shipment Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your delivery on the shipping company's website.
Delivery problems If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team at info@nsl-cosmetics.se and we will help you track your order.
Damage and Loss If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue. Send pictures of the damage and your order number to info@nsl-cosmetics.se.
