Delivery

Within Sweden it usually takes 2-5 working days. Europe deliveries can take up to 4-7 working days.

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow the package's journey.

SEK 49 in shipping on orders within Sweden and free shipping on orders with an order value of at least SEK 599. Shipping costs on orders from other European countries are based on the weight and size of the order. Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Return

If you want to return an item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you instructions and a return packing slip. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.

If you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, contact us at info@nsl-cosmetics.se within 7 days of receiving the item. Include the order number, a description of the problem and photos of the damage or faulty product and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Payment

We accept most major payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Klarna. At checkout, you can choose the method that suits you best.

If you encounter problems with the payment, try another payment method or contact our customer service and we will help you solve the problem

Subscription

I am offering a subscription to Nimowe Beauty Rejuvenating & Firming Natural Green Caffeine Body Lotion. Go to the product page and first select quantity. Then you click on SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE, in the same box you select the frequency of deliveries (Once per month or once every two months) After that you click on Add to cart. You will get more information about the subscription at checkout.

In the Customer Portal, you can manage your subscription. There you can do the following:

  • Check subscription information (products, price, next order date, etc.)
  • Cancel the subscription
  • Pause the subscription
  • Resume a paused subscription
  • Skip the next order
  • Rebook the next order
  • Update your payment information
  • Enter discount code

You can find the Customer Portal in the Main Menu, under the "Subscription" tab at the top of the page, or at the bottom of the page in the Quick Links menu.

You will receive an order confirmation via email at each time of payment, in which there is a link to the Customer Portal.

You can pay for your subscription with all the most common payment options, including credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Meastro, American Exress) ATMs (Appel Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal) The only payment option that is not supported for subscriptions is Klarna.

When you start a subscription, you pay as a normal one-time purchase (Klarna is not supported as a payment option for subscriptions) After that, you are automatically charged once a month or once every two months, depending on the subscription plan you have chosen.
