Returns
At N.S.L Cosmetics, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return process.
Return Policy
- Timeframe: You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Exceptions: Certain types of goods are excluded from the right of return, such as:
- Personalized or customized items
- Products with a broken seal that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Final sale items

Packing the item: Make sure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will also inform you if the refund is approved or rejected.
- Accepted Returns: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Unapproved returns: If the return is not approved, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
Change
We will only replace products if they are faulty, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, do not wait and contact us immediately at info@nsl-cosmetics.se.
Contact us at info@nsl-cosmetics.se within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and attach pictures of the damage or faulty product.
Our customer service team will review your case and get back to you within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
If the item is faulty, defective or damaged, we will offer you a free exchange or a refund, whichever suits you best.
Return shipping
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
